1. Who We Are

IV Drip Singapore (this website) is a booking and concierge service that connects clients in Singapore with independent, Singapore-registered medical providers who deliver mobile IV vitamin therapy. We are not a clinic, not an insurer, and not the employer of the doctors or nurses.

When you book, the medical service is provided by the independent registered medical provider. Medical assessment, prescribing, drip administration, final pricing, and any follow-up are the responsibility of that provider.

2. Medical Suitability

All IV therapy is prescribed and supervised by a Singapore-registered doctor and administered by a registered nurse. Before treatment, a suitability assessment is completed. The provider may decline or modify a requested drip if it is not clinically appropriate for you. IV therapy is a wellness and supportive treatment and is not a substitute for medical care.

3. Pricing

All prices displayed are starting estimates in Singapore Dollars (SGD) for a standard mobile visit. The final drip formulation and price are confirmed by the medical provider after your suitability assessment and may differ based on the drip chosen, dosage, and any add-ons.

4. Payment

Accepted payment methods are typically PayNow, bank transfer, and major credit cards, confirmed when you book. IV Drip Singapore does not process card payments and does not store card data.

5. Booking & Cancellation

Appointments are arranged via WhatsApp. If you need to change or cancel, please let us know as early as possible so we can offer the slot to someone else. Repeated no-shows may affect future bookings.

6. Emergencies

This service is for non-emergency wellness IV therapy. For emergencies such as chest pain, difficulty breathing, stroke symptoms, severe bleeding, or loss of consciousness, do not wait for a mobile visit. Call 995 (Singapore ambulance) or go to the nearest hospital A&E immediately.

7. Your Information

Booking requires you to share personal and basic health information used only to coordinate your appointment and assess suitability. See our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

IV Drip Singapore acts as a booking service. We do not provide medical advice and are not liable for clinical outcomes, prescribing decisions, or the final price set by the independent medical provider. Liability for medical care rests with the attending provider under Singapore healthcare regulations.
